Crafted from soft buffalo leather - Stud detail - Blonde wood look The Olive Blue Boda Clogs are ELK's take on the classic Swedish clog. Soft buffalo leather has been used to craft the T-bar upper, allowing them to soften and curve to the shape of your foot. A simple buckle fastening is complemented by a series of studs, creating a classic Clog look. A natural blonde wood heel has a cut-out feature that adds interest and keeps them extremely light. The sole has a non-slip high quality rubber material that offers slip resistance and comfort. Combined with a soft inner sole, the Boda Clogs are a comfortable and stylish design to see you through the warmer months. Pair with a summer jumpsuit for a look reminiscent of the 70's era.

  • These shoes have been handmade in Agra, India by family owned and operated factory Gupta Overseas Pty Ltd. They have been in business for over 60 years and specialise in making shoes for the European market. A team from ELK HQ visit the factory two to three times a year to see our products being made, assess working conditions, source materials and learn new techniques.

Each design is tested at ELK HQ where the shoes are worn for a period to consider comfort, wear and style. The leather upper is made using REACH standards, a European Union regulation (1907/2006/EC) restricting the levels of specific chemical substances in goods. It is a bi product from the meat industry.

Gupta run an in-house training institute with the sole objective to train rural, underprivileged youths, particularly those who live below the poverty line to enhance their employability.

"These prospective candidates are mobilised by us. The company also arranges their accommodation and food and pay them a monthly stipend. The entire expenses of the training institute are born by us. It is so we who give back to the community and these people can then have skills to get work in the future." - Mr Chetan Gupta, Director
