We love to gift wrap. If you have something you would like wrapped just flick us an email from our contacts page with gift wrapping instructions. Don't forget to clearly identify yourself with your name and purchase/s and if you would like things wrapped together or separately.
For shipping in New Zealand we use New Zealand Couriers and Castle Parcels. We endeavour to dispatch all orders on the day of placement. However during very busy times it may be sent the next business day.
Shipping within New Zealand is $9.00 for the first item and $3 for any extra item, and a further $3.00 is charged to a rural delivery.
Orders will arrive at most destinations in the South Island by 9am the next business day and in the North Island within 2 days. Some smaller towns and rural delivery addresses may take 2-3 days.International
For international orders we use New Zealand Post International Air services. Orders being shipped outside NZ are charged rates based on the country you would like us to ship to. Please see the shipping rates (in NZD) and delivery targets below:
Zone A: Australia - $11 for the first item and $6 for any extra item.
Target delivery in 3-6 days
Zone B: South Pacific - $16 for the first item and $6 for any extra item.
Target delivery in 3-10 days.
Zone C: East Asia and North America - $21 for the first item and $6 for any extra item.
Target delivery in 4-10 days.
Zone D: UK and Europe - $26 for the first item and $6 for any extra item.
Target delivery in 4-10 days.
Zone E: Rest of the World - $29 for the first item and $6 for any extra item.
Target delivery in 5-10 days.
**Please note** We will package all items extremely well and take every care to make sure they get to you unbroken, we have cover for any item up to $250 NZD so if your item arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all please contact us within 14 days from our contacts page and we will lodge a claim with New Zealand Post. If your item/s total more than $250 NZD we advise that you opt for the international tracking number at an extra cost of $30 per parcel - details below. If you do not do this and your damaged or lost item is worth more than $250 NZD we cannot accept responsibility for covering the replacement cost.
Track and Trace
Track and trace international courier costs an extra $30 NZD per shipment and is available to most destinations. Tracking is recorded from pickup in NZ to delivery overseas.
We recommend this option for Europe particularly. If your package does not arrive in the expected timeframe it is usually only delayed. However a tracking number can provide peace of mind. If you want this option please contact us through our contacts page and let us know. We will then email you a PayPal invoice for the $30 and when we receive payment we will send your goods.
Destination taxes and duties
Any import duties and charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
The Flock online store accepts returns for items within one month of the original purchase date.
** Please note** Items must be in as new condition and have the purchase receipt.
You may return the following:
* Items with manufacturing faults
* Items supplied incorrectly
* Requests for exchange of size or colour of an item.
**Please note** We will not return any item because you have changed your mind about buying it so please choose carefully. If we are refunding an overseas account we are not liable for any bank fees charged at the customers end.
This policy observes obligations under the NZ Fair Trading Act 1986 and the NZ Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
Please contact us through our contacts page with return in the subject heading if you wish to return an order. You will then receive instructions on how to return and we will refund your money or exchange your item once we have received the original item.
CREDIT CARD SECURITY
We use PayPal to protect your security. PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
You no longer need a PayPal account to make a purchase and you can make one with your credit card as a PayPal guest whilst still retaining maximum PayPal security.
